Transfer domain

    Hi , i have recently closed my account and am using a company to build a new website having being with wordpress for 6 years. I need to have my domain reinstated so i can transfer it. Can you help me with this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    It looks like you canceled the domain late last year, and it’s since been removed from our end. The domain is not available for registration either, as someone else seems to have registered it. You can see the domain registration information in this WHOIS record.

    As such, it’s no longer possible to restore the domain with us. You can try contacting the current owner of the domain to see if they’d be willing to sell the domain. Otherwise, you would need to start with a new domain.
