  I need help to transfer my domain from WIX to you but there seems to be a problem.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If the domain name is not under the transfer lock status, then you should be able to transfer the domain name to WordPress.com with these steps: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer.

  If you already tried the steps, and facing some issue – please share some additional details about the issue. Do you see any error? Do you see any specific message about the domain name transfer?
