Transfer Domain

  I had 3 strokes in 2022 and 2023. The parts of my brain that let me manage websites are all screwy at this time. I am trying to transfer a domain to my ex-sis-in-law for her business and so she can manage it from now on. However, when the “Transfer domain” button is pressed? I get a window that pops up at the top right that says “An error occurred while initiating the domain transfer.”
