  I received this message when trying to transfer my domain to another registrar…

  The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.

  You should be able to access your domain administration area here:
  https://rockpoolgraphicsdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  From there, you can request to have your EPP/Authorization code emailed to you:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar

  If you are having difficulties with that part of the process, please let me know.
