Transfer domain auth code not being sent

Hi there, I have been waiting more than a month and I still don’t receive my AUTHORISATION code to complete my transference of my domain. Who can I email to get assistance?

I’m also having this issues. I’ve resent an uncountable amount of times and still have not received the code in either Spam or any other folder.
I’m sending to Gmail if that helps.
