Transfer domain between WordPress accounts

    I started a new job and inherited a WordPress blog as part of the role. The previous person created the blog through his own WP account, and linked up his credit card to pay for the domain. He created a work account that’s a 2nd admin for the same blog, and gave me access to this account. Now we want to change the credit card but access to that info is on his personal account. I could get him to change the credit card info, but we may as well transfer domain ownership to the work account. Do I just need to follow steps on ‘Transfer Blog’, or is there something more to transferring the domain?
