Transfer domain between wordpress blogs

    Hi!
    I would like to tansfer my domain to a new wordpress blog:

    Domain to transfer: stokedon.org
    From: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    to: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I don´t know hoy to do it, thanks!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
