Transfer domain from Google Domain through Squarespace to WordPress

  I would like to ask if it is currently possible to transfer a domain from Squarespace to WordPress for free.

  A few days ago, I read a blog post(https://wordpress.com/blog/2023/08/01/transfer-unlimited-google-domains-to-wordpresscom-for-free/) saying that Google Domains can be transferred to WordPress for free. However, the website I registered on Google Domains has been automatically transferred to Squarespace by Google Domains. In this situation, can I transfer it to WordPress for free?

  It’s more comfortable for me to use on WordPress. If possible, I would be very happy to try out WordPress.

  You certainly can! If you’re transferring a domain from Google or Squarespace, we’ll pay for an additional year of registration if your domain was registered before July 1, 2023. Just go through that process outlined here:
