Transfer domain from one blog to another

  I want to transfer a domain from one blog to another. I am trying to transfer radnorquakers.org from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  radnorquakers.org is already pointed at the wordpress.com servers, I just need it to resolve to the new blog.

  I am getting an error message when I try to do this through the domain administration panel. Thanks.

  You should be able to transfer the domain and mapping from Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades

  I think you might just need to transfer the domain mapping to the new blog for the new blog to resolve to radnorquakers.org

  But if you have trouble or want the staff to help, I have flagged this for the staff to help you.

  To help the staff – exactly what blog do you want to move the domain and mapping from and to

  if the new blog is not on the account that you are logged in with here – please log in using the 2nd account and also request the transfer – the staff need to see the requests from all involved before they will change things – i.e. to prevent me from transferring a domain mapping to your blog and trashing things

  Both blogs are on my account, the one I am logged in with.

  I have tried to use the “transfer to another site link” on the “my upgrades” page. I see the new blog as an option to make the transfer to, but when I click, “transfer product” I get this error message:

  “The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”

  In sum:

  I want to

  move the domain radnorquakers.org

  from radnorquakers.wordpress.com

  to radnormeeting.wordpress.com

  Both of these blogs are on my account. Radnorquakers.org is currently mapped to radnorquakers.wordpress.com — that is what I want to change.

  Ok – thanks for the extra info – that will help the staff – they check the forum on a regular basis but I don’t know their schedule – good luck
