transfer domain from Wild West Domains to Name Cheap

    Right now, my domain alibennett.com which i purchased through WP is pointing to a tumblr blog that i have. i would like to host/change name servers from wild west domains to name cheap.

    when i got to my domain management page, the option/tab for transfer is not present. please help. thank you :)

    You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:

    Change a Domain’s Name Servers

    You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
