transfer domain from wordpress to wordpress

  hi urgent help please

  ive purchased a new theme and blog address from wordpress and rebuilt my website in here
  https://minimiser12345.wordpress.com/

  my domain name “nomeatmay.net” is still mapped to the old theme/ blog which is here
  meatminimiserblog.wordpress.com

  i purchased a redirect to push old traffic to the new theme/site and this is working..
  but i can not map the domain name ‘nomeatmay.net’ to the new site as it is being connected with the old site.

  your support talks of transfering domains to squarespace and other hosts, but not how to transfer domain names from one wordpress site to another.

  appreciate any advise here, as this event is about to kick off and the proper domain name is not showing.. thanks in advance :)
