Transfer domain from wordpress.com to .org via bluehost denied
-
I went through a manual transfer of my blog from a free wordpress.com to wordpress.org self-hosted on bluehost. I followed along with all of the tutorials and documentation available on the sites, including the steps necessary to transfer the domain registrar. I received an email saying that the registrar transfer has been denied because of “express written objection to the transfer from the transfer contact.” what is this? Can Somebody please tell me what else to do.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like your domain’s private registration is causing the problem. Please check out @alexjgustafson’s reply in this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/transfer-denied?replies=3

Hi hidayahbintiramli,

Hi hidayahbintiramli,
I’m glad you were able to get the domain transfered handled. Since the WordPress software for self-hosted sites (such as your at Bluehost) must be installed you will need to follow the install guide on this WordPress.org support page:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPressWe also have a transfer guide here on WordPress.com at:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/Note, that we cannot support your WordPress site on Bluehost. For help with your self-hosted site you will want to visit the WordPress.org support forums or contact your host. Here is a link to the WordPress.org support forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/If you would like WordPress.com staff to help you with the transfer please purchase the Guided Transfer upgrade as described on this page:

I am trying to transfer from .com to .org. I am following the instructions as listed on the following link. http://www.bluehost.com/blog/wordpress-2/faq-how-do-i-move-my-wordpress-website-to-bluehost-1787/
I am trying to now use Cyberduck to download my content on wordpress.com. However I have accidentally installed wordpress.org on bluehost and made the site go live. Hence Cyberduck is now not looking at my wordpress.com contect and is instead looking at the blank template that I activated.
How dod I fix this? I am freaking out that I will lose everything. How do I rewind this? Is there a way to reinstate my wordpress.com site in order to download my contact via Cyberduck?

I have had a chat to blue host what I need to do is point the domain back to wordpress.com. However I can not find any information to do this.

Hi there,
We do not provide FTP access to WordPress.com. Therefore you will not be able to use an FTP client to move your content.
Your site on WordPress.com is still available at the WordPress.com Subdomain:
https://thebaniproject.wordpress.com/I would recommend that you export your site from Tools > Export here on WordPress.com and then import the site from Tools > Import on your self-hosted WordPress install at Bluehost.
You won’t need to point the domain back to WordPress.com to complete the export/import. However, if you’d like to here is the documentation on how to do that:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
