Transfer Domain from WP to Wix

    I originally purchased my domain on Godaddy. I transferred my website to WordPress about 75 days ago hoping to build my website here but discovered it was too complicated for me. I cancelled my premium plan and got a refund for everything except the 1 year domain extension.

    Now I want to transfer the domain from WP to Wix. I followed the tutorial on WP for domain transfer, but there is no domain option listed under “My Sites” for me to manage . I did not create any pages for a website in WordPress. What am I missing? I need to get that website transferred but can’t find any domain management options in my profile. Thanks.

    That is not the correct domain listed in my question. It should be roseforbes.com @roseforbes11

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
