Transfer domain mapping

  I purchased a domain and domain mapping from WordPress.com for Blog A and Domain A. I would like to now have Domain A mapped to Blog B. Then I would delete Blog A. I have no access to Domain Management from either blog.

  I wrote to support two days ago but have not received an answer yet. Can anyone here help?

  Also note that to expedite this process it would be a good idea if you posted the actual URLs for the .wordpress.com blogs and the URLs for the domains involved.

  @Timethief, thanks for your reply. The original blog and domain are coastalsanpedro.wordpress.com and thesanpedrocoast.com. The new blog, to which I would like to direct the domain, is thesanpedrocoast.wordpress.com.

  I don’t see any domain mapping records on your account.

  We’ll need to be contacted by the user who purchased the domain mapping in order to move it.

  staff-blorbo, the domain mapping is under my original account (coastalsanpedro). I just logged in again and Domain Management is now, magically, on my dashboard. Both my accounts are admins for both blogs.

  Is there a way to transfer the domain to my thesanpedrocoast account so I can delete coastalsanpedro?

  Sure, but we’ll need to be contacted through support@wordpress.com via the email address that owns the domain to work that out.
