Transfer domain mapping between WordPress blogs

  Hi, I would like to transfer the domain http://www.philhirstgardens.co.uk from my current blog to my new blog philhirstgardenstest3.wordpress.com. I cannot see how to do this in the support and if I try to add it to the new blog I get an error message.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
