Transfer Domain Mapping to another user

  Hi,

  I’ve purchased WordPress.com “Domain Mapping” service for this site (part of the effort to help the owner get going.)

  How do I transfer “ownership”of this service to the other party, so they get billing notifications in the future?

  Apologies, I’ve seen this done before … but can’t find the messaging / posts concerning the process.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  What you can do is transfer blogs registered under one username account to another.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

  To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.

  Then you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
  adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
  user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  Then you A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  Hi sure, understand.

  Appreciate the detailed explanation … my experience with this is…

  The other fellow owns his blog (in fact I transferred it to him using the process you explained.)

  But I just got billed again for the “Domain Mapping.” Somehow I need to transfer this “service” as well.

  This occurred in another case (parallel circumstances), and I can’t seem to locate that dialogue. RATS!

  From the dashboard, I can find my way:

  Dashboard / Store / My Upgrades …

  If I use the option to “Transfer to another Site” … (it’s already using the correct WordPress.com site.)

  If I get the other user’s credit card info? … This is lame.

  How do I transfer this service across accounts?

  Stumped.

  Would much rather be able to push a button, but If I must use support in each instance I can do that too.
