transfer domain name

  Hi, I can not transfer my domain name maitesanogo.com because anonymity is activated and I can not receive the email in order to proceed. I can no longer access my client area because I deleted the site. Can you help me please?

  @maitesanogo if you deleted the site, you probably also cancelled the domain, which would mean you no longer own it. :(

  We’ll see if we can get it back for you. Can you also create a new site so we have something to attach the domain name to?

  Looks like we can get this back on your account. Please create a new, blank site here:
  wordpress.com/start

  Don’t add a plan or a domain. Just let us know when it’s set up, and we’ll add the domain to it. Thanks!

  Thank you for your reply.
  However, I don’t want to be able to transfer the domain name now because I don’t want my site to be hosted at wordpress.com but to put it in wordpress.org, the server is wpserveur and the host 1 & 1 and it is clear that the domain name must not have been moved for at least 60 days.
  So, if I create an account again, and you assign the domain name again, I can not use my site with wpserveur.
  I would only like it to be possible to remove the anonymity so that I can receive the confirmation email for the transfer.

  @maitesanogo can you confirm what domain we’re talking about?

  If you cancel a domain that’s older than 2 days old, you will not be able to get it back or re-register it anytime soon if at all. The only fast option is to restore it, then point it to the new host.

  Okay, I can see that domain is active now and you’re working on the transfer. Since you have multiple tickets and threads open on this, I’ll go ahead and close all but one.
