Transfer domain name

    I have a domain name and I thought I started the transfer process with WordPress. I get emails asking to start the process but I can not figure out how to complete it or even check on the status. Is there a number I can call to talk to a rep with WordPress or the parent company?

    Hi kakaffe,

    The account you are currently logged in to doesn’t own any custom domains. Which one are you trying to transfer?

    You’ll want to make sure you are logged in to the WordPress.com it was purchased through. Please try logging out from the My Profile page, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. If you reply here afterwards, I should be able to see the domain on that account.
