Transfer domain name

  Am trying to transfer my custom domain name from one wordpress blog to another and received the following message: “The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”
  Can you help me to resolve this issue?
