Transfer Domain Name

    I currently have a website with a WordPress.com package and also my domain name is hosted on WordPress.com
    I would like to transfer my domain name to a new provider but I don’t have the option to do this in “Upgrades ==> Domain ==> Transfer Domain”

    Please help me on how to do this as this is not normal…

    Hi there,

    You don’t see the option to transfer that domain, because we are not the domain provider where you bought that domain. You had that domain connected to your WordPress.com site via a domain mapping upgrade, but the domain registration itself is with https://cronon.net/

    Please contact them directly for help transferring this domain to another registrar, or to point its name servers to another hosting provider.
