Transfer domain name

  I need to change websites makers but want to transfer my domain name to the other website maker but it is not letting me.
  I tried unlocking it and I got the authorization code to transfer but once I tried to transfer it says I already have that domain name somewhere else .

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I can confirm that the domain is unlocked and ready for transfer. It sounds like you got the error on the new registrar’s end where you’re trying to transfer the domain to. Please contact the support team of the new domain registrar for help.
