Transfer domain name to Shopify

Hi! I’ve been trying to follow the instructions on how to do this, however I don’t see any options under my domain settings that allow me to change my dns settings.
Can someone please help me out? Thanks so much!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are no domain purchases on the account you are logged in to (planetplayground). Which domain would you like to transfer to Shopify?

Thanks for the link. The domain thefumblingrunner.com is owned by thefumblingrunner — you will need to login to that account in order to renew the domain from the Manage Purchases page:

So I renewed the subscription to my premium account for the fumbling runner on the 12th. From what I understand, the domain name is supposed to be included with that is it not?

Yes, that’s correct. The plan renewed a few days ago and includes the domain. It is not due to renewal for another year now.
When you login as thefumblingrunner, you should see option to manage the domain from the Domains page:
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/
One you’ve clicked on the domain, do you see the options for name servers & DNS?

Hi again.
No I don’t see that at all.I also noticed that when I go to that, instead of it being http://www.thefumblingrunner.com, it says http://www.thefumblingrunnerdotcom.wordpress.com
and when I click on that I get directed to this website
https://thefumblingrunnerdotcom.wordpress.com/Is there anyway I can send you a visual of what I am seeing? It might make it easier for me to explain?

and when I click on that I get directed to this website

But in the thefumblingrunner account that owns the domain there is a site with a very similar name:
thefumblingrunnercom.wordpress.com
It’s this site that uses the domain, thefumblingrunner.com.

omg. thank you so much. Just to see I used another email address I had associated with the account many moons ago. It turns out that I was using the wrong email address. Although I still don’t know where thefumblingrunnerdotcom came from. Thank you so much for your help. I feel silly. I really appreciate your time :) Cheers to you!
