Transfer domain names

    Hello. I have two sites:
    redcliffhouse.wordpress.com and
    seaviewhavenselfcatering.wordpress.com.
    I would like to basically swap the domain names so that that the web site that is currently listed as redcliff is changed to seaview and vice verse. How can I do this?
