'Transfer Domain' option is not visible

    Hi,

    I’m trying to move my domain, turtlegarage.com, to another registrar however there’s no ‘Transfer Domain’ option available under My Account, as this article says there should be. Instead I’m only seeing this: http://imgur.com/FEP72si

    I purchased the domain under a Premium Plan over a year ago. How do I make the ‘Transfer Domain’ options available so we can request a transfer code?
