Transfer domain option not available

  I’d like to transfer my domain to a new registrar, but the transfer domain option is not available when I click on my primary domain details – only email and DNS options comes up.

  Is there a way to change this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your domain wingthreads.com is not registered with WordPress.com, according to the whois records, it is registered with http://www.tppwholesale.com.au.

  To transfer the domain you will need to contact TPP Wholesale.
