Transfer domain option not available in my domains

When i click on the edit button next to the domain, the only options I get on the next screen are Email and Edit DNS, there is no Transfer Domain.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your last resort for obtaining access is to complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery with as much information as possible and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access. They do have a backlog so patience is required while waiting for a response for the Account Recovery Team.

I am logged in as the admin, under the exact same username account that registered the blog, which is way I am having this problem.

Please note transferring a domain is only possible if it’s been more than 60 days since the domain was registered.
When was the domain purchased please?

I purchased the domain over 1 year ago.
Ok, so I’m not doing something wrong then. Do I need to do something, or when and how do I get staff assistance?

The “modlook” tag in the sidebar means you will get Staff assistance. There is nothing more for you to do other than to remain patient and subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.
