transfer domain ownership to another registrar

  I registered through WordPress.com the domain “socialforge.org”. I wish to transfer domain ownership to another registrar, but on my website @wordpress.com I found any domain administration as described on http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
  What have I to do?

  It looks like socialforge.org is not registered with WordPress.com. You have a Domain Mapping upgrade with us. But according to whois data, socialforge.org is registered with Name.com. Domain Administration only appears when a domain is registered with us.
