Transfer domain purchased from Weebly

the instructions from Weebly do not match at all the instructs from WordPress. If I would like to move the domain I purchased through Weebly to WordPress how would I do that?

Do you mean that you want to point your weebly registered domain to a WordPress.com site? Or that you would like to transfer the domain to WordPress.com and have WordPress be your domain registrar?
