transfer domain questions

    I would like to transfer my domain from godaddy but I also pay them for the email addresses that go with it monthly. Can I continue using my email thru you guys? or how would that work? I can’t go a day without email. I don’t want to pay for your plan if I can’t work … let me know please :) Thanks!

    Hello there,

    If you move your domain here, you will lose your current email mailboxes. Email mailboxes do not transfer like domains; this is common with all hosting companies.   

    After moving your domain, you will need to add an email service to your account in order to reconfigure your email. Here are your options: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email
