Transfer domain registration

    Is it possible to transfer domain registration from another service provider to wordpress.com?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey there!

    While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar.

    You can use your existing domain with your WordPress.com site by mapping the domain, as explained here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    If you’re not happy with your current domain registrar, you can also transfer elsewhere, and we can still help map your domain to your WordPress.com site. We don’t endorse any other registrars, but here is a list of some popular domain registrars:

    Rackspace
    Register.com
    1and1
    Yahoo
