Transfer Domain to another registrar

    Hi,

    This is the third time I send a message in the forum regarding the transfer of my domain to another registrar.
    I tried to get the transfer code but is always brings up an error message that says the following:

    ‘An error occurred while trying to send the Domain Transfer Code. Please try again or contact support if you continue to have trouble.’
    I really need an answer as to what I need to do to get the transfer code and move to the new registrar soon.
