transfer domain to another wordpress user

  How can I transfer ownership of a domain to another user? Originally I bought it as a gift but want to transfer to the other person so she gets the invoice and pays for its renewal.

  Domain: rubiscamacho.com
  User: rubismarilia (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m happy to do this for you. However, before I do, I just want to confirm that you would like to give up all ownership of this domain. The new user will be the only person that can renew it going forward. Can you confirm?
