  I want to move my blog to Bluehost so wondering how do I transfer the domain and website to bluehost

  As for the domain transfer, I’d recommend pointing the domain to the new host as soon as you finish transferring the site there. You can update the name servers like this:
  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  Then, use these steps to transfer the domain:
  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  I recommend doing them in that order since the first option is fairly easy to update if needed. It just takes a few hours. The other takes several days, and locks you out of the first option. So I recommend doing it once everything is settled.
