Transfer Domain to GoDaddy.com 'failed due to ineligible domain status'

    I have logged into that account (on multiple occasions) and tried to follow the instructions. However, there is no ‘domain management’ tab on my site.
    I managed to get a transfer authorization via another route, but when I tried to transfer the request came back ‘failed due to ineligible domain status’. My registration is up to date according to a WHOIS search, and not updated in the last 60 days so I’m unsure why it is ineligible for transfer.
    This process is becoming very frustrating and time consuming. I own this domain and I want it transferred to GoDaddy. Your further assistance is requested in getting this accomplished as soon as possible.

    I’ve already answered you in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/quicktimesracingnewscom

    You need to be logged in as the username, quicktimesracingnews, to transfer the domain, NOT the username, beckywhite1. Those are two completely different WordPress.com username accounts.
