Transfer Domain to Wix.com

  I would like to use the domain I’ve purchased ‘highway2healthy.com’ on another website: Wix.com.

  When I try to edit my domain, it does not give me an option to transfer and I don’t know how to disable the Domain Lock and Private Registration to prepare my domain for transfer, to then click Request Transfer Code.

  If someone could call and explain the process, I would be extremely grateful!

  Hi Kara,

  Currently we only provide email/forum/live chat support, but I’m sure we can help you this way. I took a look at your domain: highway2healthy.com and I found that it was not registered through us. It was just mapped to us. You can see here that your registrar is GoDaddy:

  https://who.wildwestdomains.com/whoisstd.aspx?domain=highway2healthy.com&prog_id=wildwestdomains

  Please contact them and they can help you update the nameservers to point your site to Wix or transfer out the domain registration if Wix accepts incoming domain registrations.
