Transfer domain to WordPress

  Hello,
  I initially created my domain with WordPress. Over two months ago, I transferred my domain to GoDaddy. I have decided to transfer my domain back to WordPress however am having great difficulty in doing so (I am not very tech savvy). I have received assistance from GoDaddy support in preparing my domain for transfer, and am now ready to continue the next steps with WordPress. Could you please walk me through the steps in transferring my domain back to WordPress?

  Heya,

  Thanks for getting in touch. While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, I’m afraid that we’re not currently able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. We therefore recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. Since your domain is already mapped to your blog, then you won’t need to do anything else except keep the registration active for it remain tied to your site.
