    We tried using your support info ‘Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar’ but cannot find our domain to request the EPP Code. How can we obtain this code for the domain twiggyandmoocow.com?

    Hi there,

    There are no domain purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to. twiggyandmoocow.com is owned by the user ‘carmenmarie01’ — only they will be able to transfer it to another registrar. If they are having problems doing so, they can log in and reply and I’ll help them out.
