transfer domain was blocked

    Hi there,
    Thanks for your nice service so far with wordpress. Absolutely I satisfied running my blog on WP. But I need more support to make my bussiness running more effective. So I choose to transfer my domain, namely retakankata.com into my third party hosting account.
    I have followed your guidance and get the error when my hosting account try to send email verification. It seems that the new registrar can not access email address from you. Notification said, something error.
    I need your help to make a domain transfer run smoothly and give the access to my hosting account so they can access my email address as the administrator of the retakankata.com.
