transfer domains maybe?

  how do i use a go daddy domain i already purchased through go daddy????????
  there is no website under the domain, i just want that domain and run it through here rather than make a new one.. or do i have to run the site through godadddy?

  You need to get the domain mapping upgrade.
  You can do that by following the instructions here:
