Transfer email subscribers

  Hi! I am moving from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. The site is ready to go and I would like to move my subscribers from my previous site to my new one. Can you please help me with this?

  The original site is 4hisgloryblog.com and the new site is meredithbernard.com.
