Transfer email subscribers

  I have transferred the content of my blog theknowledgeeconomy.wordpress.com to the self-hosted theknowledgeeconomy.anorien.com

  I have paid to have the redirect to the new site.

  I would like to have my email subscribers transfered to the new location

  I’m happy to transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader.

  I need to know 1) the WordPress.com site your followers are at now, 2) what site you want them moved to, and 3) do you have the Jetpack plugin installed and connected to your WordPress.com user account?

  Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site. You might want to post a notice on your old site about your upcoming move to keep your readers informed.

  Followers are currently on http://theknowledgeeconomy.wordpress.com

  Need to be moved to http://theknowledgeeconomy.anorien.com

  The jetpack plugin is installed and connected to WordPress.
