Transfer email subscribers to self-hosted site

    Hi, I’ve just moved from a wordpress hosted blog at wednfled.wordpress.com to a self-hosted one at wed-n-fled.com. Please could someone help me with moving my email subscribers? I have installed the Jetpack plugin on the new site.
