Transfer email subscribers to WordPress Installation

  I would like to transfer my email subscribers of fachstellesocialmedia.wordpress.com to my self hosted WordPress Installation at preview.fachstellesocialmedia.ch.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must install the Jetpack plugin and activate this so Staff can move them for you. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
