Transfer Failed

    Hello,

    Recently I attempted to transfer my domain name over to this hosting platform, with doing so I also purchased the annual personal plan so that I would get another year with my domain for free (as offered).
    After paying for the plan, my transfer failed and when I went to retry the transfer, wordpress was charging me $18.00 even though I had already paid.
    I went to paypal to cancel the transaction and then found out that because of this now I am also being charged $15.00 without getting refunded my $48.00.

    There is no way to contact wordpress privately other than posting on this forum, which is also upsetting.

    Noting too, I can see the charge has been refunded, so you might be good to go. If not, please do update us in that thread.
