Transfer follower from wordpress.com to self-hosted site

  Hello!
  I recently moved my blog:
  http://easyasiancooking.wordpress.com
  to self-hosted site:
  http://myeasychineserecipes.com

  I would like to transfer my followers to my new blog so they can receive notification for new posts (or at least showed up in their “reader”.
  Could a hapiness engineer help me with it?

  Hi Dan, I transferred your followers to your new blog at myeasychineserecipes.com, as requested.

  WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If they to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe again via email on your new blog.
