Transfer followers

  Hi there. I used to blog on the site: http://www.lifebykaitlin.wordpress.com
  That site has 137 subscribers. I took a long break and when I came back, I wanted to start kind of fresh, with a new name. Except it wasn’t as easy as just changing the URL, like it used to be, I had to create an entirely new site and import all of my posts to it. The problem is, the followers don’t also import over.

  I was wondering if there was a way to migrate them over to the new site (pickwickthedodo.wordpress.com)?
