Transfer followers

  I’m not able to transfer my followers from my old blog http://www.empirelois.wordpress.com to my new blog empirelois.com . Can anybody help me?

  You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email subscribers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:
