Transfer Followers

  I need my followers transferred from this blog to my new blog ‘whenlightbegins.wordpress.com’ that is registered to ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’. Can somebody please help me out? The WordPress site says transferring followers is no problem and they can do that, but I’m not getting any response from those happiness engineers.
