Transfer followers

  I have a self hosted blog http://ryanphotography.uk which I am closing down and wish to migrate my followers from my self-hosted blog to a new wordpress.com site http://ryanphotographyuk.wordpress.com, please could you tell me how to move them over to wordpress.com. If I can’t do it, is there any chance you can move them over for me please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have the Jetpack plugin https://jetpack.com installed on your http://ryanphotography.uk/ site? Staff needs it to be activated to move your subscribers.
