Transfer Followers and Stats to WordPress.org

  I need help transferring my followers and stats (can ‘likes’ be transferred as well? I have a loading message next to ‘Like This’ under each post) from my wordpress.com (ourstudiokitchen.wordpress.com) to my wordpress.org (ourstudiokitchen.com). Jetpack should be installed. Thank you!
